In a world that rejects the authority of its Creator and distorts the very image of manhood, womanhood, marriage, and family, our kids are in desperate need of a clear vision of who they were created to be and of a reliable pathway for getting there.

At the EveryONE25 Leadership Conference in March 2025, the National Boys Ministries and National Girls Ministries departments of the Assemblies of God are coming together to equip boy's ministry leaders, girl’s ministry leaders, Royal Rangers leaders, Mpact Club and Teen Girl leaders, and anyone with a passion for applying the principles of gender-specific ministry through relational discipleship.

Working together, we will lead the next generation of young men and women out of the confusion of secular culture into a life filled with identity and purpose where they are led and empower by the Spirit to bring the light of the gospel to a dark and confused world.

Event Venue

All conference activities on Thursday and Saturday will take place at Evangel University, 1111 N Glenstone Avenue, Springfield MO. Friday morning sessions will take place at the AG National Offices at 1445 N Boonville Avenue. Friday afternoon sessions for ladies will take place at the Convoy of Hope Distribution Center at 1 Convoy Drive in Republic (about 20 min west of Springfield). Friday afternoon sessions for men as well as Saturday activities for all attendees will take place at Evangel University.

Registration

Registration may be made online at THIS LINK Attendees who register before January 1st will receive a commemorative conference pin. Online registration closes on March 20 (10:30 am, CDT) but onsite registration will be available after this date.  Please note that conference registration does not include housing.

For those who have attended a Royal Rangers LEAD Conference, please note that no separate activities will be provided for spouses.  All attendees must register as a Girl's Ministries, boy's ministries, or Royal Rangers attendee.

Cancellations & Refunds

A non-refundable fee of $35.00 per person will be charged for all registration refund requests. All refunds must be requested in writing and must be received no later than Wednesday, March 8. Send refund requests to [email protected].

Housing

All conference sessions and workshops will take place at Evangel University in Springfield, Missouri although some activities will take place at other locations in the Springfield area. Conference attendees are free to make their own housing arrangements although special discount rates and amenities have been arranged at the Doubletree Hotel in Springfield.

Price

Doubletree Hotel discounted rate: $139.00 per night.  This rate is guaranteed through February 16th and includes breakfast for two people per room.

Location

The Doubletree Hotel is located about a mile north of Evangel University at 2341 N Glenstone Avenue near I-44 highway.  Free parking is provided.

Activities

This conference will include special activities conducted at various locations during the event. Local transportation will not be provided, so please be prepared to arrange your own transportation between these venues.

General Sessions at Evangel University

All general sessions will take place in the Spence Chapel of Evangel University where we will be joining together with all Girl's Ministries, boy's ministries, and Royal Ranger leaders to prepare our hearts to reach every boy and every girl through every church in every community.

Workshops & Breakouts

A variety of workshops and breakouts are planned for Thursday afternoon for all boy's ministry and girl's ministry audiences.  Royal Rangers regional breakaways will take place on Friday afternoon.

Thursday Evening Celebration Dinner

On Thursday evening before the evening service, we will be providing an optional dinner to celebrate projects in process for Camp Eagle Rock, promote the latest Coins for Kids and Masters Toolbox projects, and more.  Pre-registration is required and must be done via Camp Eagle Rock. 

Thursday Evening Celebration Service

On Thursday night at 7PM we will be coming together for join service and celebration at Evangel University chapel.

AG National Offices Chapel Service

On Friday morning, all boy's ministry and girl's ministry leaders we will be gathering at the AG national offices for a general session in the auditorium chapel where we will hear from some of our AG national leaders.

Convoy of Hope Activity

On Friday afternoon, the ladies will be visiting the Convoy of Hope Distribution Center near Republic, which is about 20 minutes away.  They will be enjoying special sessions together concerning Girls Ministries and having lunch on site.  Additional details will be available later. 

Saturday Commissioning Service

We will conclude our time together with a special commissioning service on Saturday morning where we will renew our commitment to reaching every boy and every girl through every church in every community.
